祭主于敬，神歆惟德，黍稷非馨，蘋藻可荐。宣尼阐训，以仁爱为先；句龙业官，以生植为本。普天率土，崇德报功，飨祀惟殷，刲割滋广，非所以全惠养之道，叶灵祗之心。其春秋二祀及释奠，天下诸州府县等，并停牲牢，唯用酒脯，务在修洁，足展诚敬。自今已后，以为常式。
