朕永念蒸人，祈谷上帝，而阴阳式序，风雨不愆。今获稼穑阜成，允赖神明幽赞也。顷者虔心精享，已申昭告。其五岳四渎及天下诸郡山川，近令秋后展祭，收获既就，农亩事隙，报功咸秩，抑惟其时。宜令所在郡县长官，即择良辰，以崇明祀。
