雕文刻镂伤农事，锦绣纂组害女红。粟帛之本或亏，饥寒之患斯及。朕故编诸格令，且列刑章，冀以还淳，庶皆知禁。如闻三公以下，爰及百姓等，罕闻节俭，尚纵骄奢。器玩犹擅珍华，车服未捐珠翠，此非法之不著，皆由吏之不举也。宜令所司，申明格令禁断。
