治急风卒中，半身不随，腰脚软弱，历节疼痛，手足拘挛，口面歪斜，言语蹇顽麻，心惊恍惚，肢体战掉，腰腿瘫缓，及脚气风肿疼痛等疾。
蝉蜕（一两）干蝎（炒，一两）乌蛇（酒浸，去皮骨，炙，一两）五味子（一两，四味（炮）川芎僵蚕（炒）防风（去叉）干姜（炮）麻黄（去根节）蔓荆子（去白皮）狗脊（去毛）雄雀砂麝香（研，各三分）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如弹子大，每服半丸，薄荷酒嚼下。急风瘫缓，及攻注、筋骨疼痛，薄荷汁化开一丸，以热酒投下，向患处卧，衣被盖汗出，睡觉疼痛即定。
