治中风，四肢筋脉拘挛，骨节疼痛少力。
天麻（半两）蝎梢（微炒）没药（研，各一分）麻黄（去根节，半两）丹砂（研）
麝香（研，各一分）地龙（去土，炒，半两）防风（去叉，半两）川乌（生用，去皮脐）自然铜上除安息香外，捣研为末，却入别研药，以安息香膏和剂为丸，如梧桐子大，每服二十丸，不拘时以薄荷酒下，忌羊血。有人患手臂不随，又有患腿膝无力，行步辄倒，服之并效，素有热人，减川乌一半。
