卷之三 苦参丸
治肺风。皮肤瘙痒，或生瘾疹疥癣。寇宗云∶有人病遍身风热细疹，痒痛不可任者，连胸颈脐腹及近隐皆然，涎痰亦多，夜不得睡。
苦参（一斤）皂荚（去皮并子，捶碎，二斤，以水一斗，浸揉取浓汁，滤去滓，熬成膏）
上捣苦参为细末，用皂荚膏和丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，荆芥薄荷酒下。一方无荆芥薄荷，唯酒调下，治遍身风热，细疹痒痛，亦可。
