上用白矾飞过，不以多少，临睡时以纸衬桌上，伸手托壁柱上，以药干揩，令腋下十分热痛，两腋揩遍，先于日中将所着上截衣服，用灰汁净洗，又泡去衣袖中臭气，皆无气息，如新衣方可着，若洗气息不断，枉用其药，大概药无不验，多是衣服再作气，故不能断根。
一方用烧好矾石末，绢袋盛，常以粉腋下，不过十度。一方唾调涂之。
