治中风不仁，皮肤浓，搔之如隔衣。
白花蛇（酒浸，去皮骨，炙）干蝎（炒）仙灵脾天雄（炮裂，去皮脐）天麻桂心麻黄（去根节）鹿角胶（炙令燥）萆（各一两）桑螵蛸（炒）茵芋乌头（炮裂，去皮脐）
上为细末外，又用火麻仁三两为末，入无灰酒慢火熬成膏，与前末和捣五百杵，丸如梧桐子大，每服二十丸，薄荷酒下，不拘时候服。
