麻黄（去节，先煮掠去沫，焙）独活（各一两半）升麻葛根（各半两）羚羊角屑桂上咀，每服六钱匕，水二盏，浸一宿，明旦煎取一盏，去滓温服，衣覆避外风，每年春分后常服二三剂，即不患天行伤寒及诸风邪等疾。
