《巢氏病源》小儿白虎候按∶堪舆历游年图有白虎神云∶太岁在卯，即白虎在寅，准此推之，知其神所在。
小儿有居处触犯此神者，便能为病。其状身热，有时啼唤，有时身小冷，屈指如数，似风痫，但手足不螈 耳。
张涣顺正集香散 治白虎病。
降真香 沉香 檀香（各锉） 乳香（研） 安息香 人参（去芦头。各一两） 茯神 酸枣仁（各半两）
上件捣，罗为细末。每服一钱，水八分一盏，入麝香少许，煎至五分，去滓温服，留药滓，卧内烧之。
