臣等选派中书十二员，在南书房缮写《开国实录》，因令各员先写样片呈览。至所有人地名，交国史馆查对现在译定字样改正，一并黏签进呈。恭候阅定，卽交各员遵照敬缮正本。谨奏。（军机处上谕档）
