臣和珅、臣梁国治谨奏：
臣等遵旨添辑《热河志》，将乾隆四十六、七两年事宜依类增入，并恭载辛丑、壬寅御制诗文。所有全书前后体例，俱经查对画一，敬谨装潢，进呈御览。恭候发下，卽交武英殿刊刻，并缮入四库全书。谨奏。（军机处上谕档）
